🤓 I hereby welcome you to duobit.dev – a blog made by two University Students which are Studying for a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. Two pretty insane and madly autistic nerds…
You’ll be able to find all sorts of fun stuff here, from Mathematics, to Operating Systems and legacy system techno-wizard “fix-uppery”. Or even Enterprise-grade servers if that’s your thing.
We write in C when we have to, Pythion when we want to, and LaTeX when we’re forced to by our lecturers.
Who is the “Duo”
You can find more information about us in our about page, however we are two CS students in the United Kingdom wanting to share our Journey and the knowledge we obtain throughout our studies. (What nerds right?)
What’s to be expected?
| Category O’ Nerdy-ness | What we’re be yapping about |
|---|---|
| The Theory | Discrete Mathematics, Algorithms, and the so called “why” behind code. |
| The Metal | Operating Systems, and why we still care about Kernels (and not the tasty kind – sorry!) |
| The Graveyard | Legacy techno-wizard fix-uppery – breathing life into hardware which should’ve died in 2005. |
| The Rack | Enterprise-grade servers and pure home-lab madness. |
So, if you’re into nerdy stuff such as this, maybe our (boring to most people) content would be perfect for you! 🙂
